Regenda has a large portfolio of Supported Housing across the North West and provides homes for vulnerable people including teenage parents and people with learning disabilities, or mental health issues.
The accommodation and support provided varies according to the needs of the tenant. This can range from staff being on site 24 hours of the day to visiting support a few hours a week. The type of support offered ranges from budgeting skills, accessing training or employment and tenancy matters – it is designed to help people for the future when they may eventually move onto their own independent tenancies. A personal development plan is offered to each individual in order to work towards needs and goals identified.
We work with a number of Local Authorities and Voluntary Organisations in order to deliver a specialist service. The type of accommodation differs depending on needs of the client; this can be a self-contained flat or a house where communal areas are shared between a number of people.
Please contact the Shared Service Centre and ask to speak to a member of the Supported Housing team who can provide you with information on the supported housing services available in your area.
