Sheltered accommodation is for any one who is over 55 who wants to live independently who may need on site support to help to live.

There is a scheme manager on site at our schemes Monday to Friday who can help with repairs, support, benefits etc.

Our schemes have communal facilities and activities in which residents have the option to get involved with.

and Over Wyre.

There is also a free floating support service for anyone over 55 living in: Ashton
Audenshaw
and Droylsden in the Tameside area.

This is a service where we can support you to stay living independent in your home, whether you are a Regenda tenant, home owner, live with another landlord etc. We will work with you to help you to gain any benefits you are entitled too, aids adaptations, general wellbeing and social activities plus much more.
