Planned Maintenance and Improvements

Regenda carry out planned maintenance and major repairs to upgrade our properties, such as contracts for kitchen or window replacements. This ensures our properties are maintained to a good condition and meet the requirement of the Decent Homes Standard.

Cyclical Redecoration

Properties are painted externally on a fixed cycle to ensure the outside of our properties are kept in good condition. Some properties have internal common areas which are also painted.
