The Regenda Group has launched a new website www.regendafirst.org.uk and has seen a huge number of traffic with nearly 3,000 unique visitors to its site within the first six weeks.
The group has launched its brand new customer service website www.regendafirst.org.uk after consultation with residents, staff and stakeholders to achieve the best results for all.
The website was launched to ensure information is more accessible to all, with the Group acknowledging that different people have difference needs and in order to meet these our new website comes complete with: .
1. A brand new function called Talklets (this website talks) – a system which allows you to hear the text on the website instantly and is available in spoken mp3 format; you can hear and see visuals as you highlight paragraphs; you can enlarge text to make it easier to read and lastly you can highlight paragraphs and change the background colour of the text.
2. Additional features such as – how to pay your rent, reporting repairs, property available throughout the north west, getting involved with resident involvement, media centre, information on ASB and how to report it … to name a few. Giving our residents even more information about the services offered to them.

The additional features incorporated really add a great benefit to the residents and offer greater accessibility to our information and services. We have seen a huge increase in visitors to the site since it has been launched.”
Residents Bill McQuinn and Brian Campbell, who were members of the website focus group said about the new RegendaFirst website; “We are pleased that Regenda have taken on board our comments to improve the service offered to residents via the website. The new functions will benefit a lot of customers with the Talklets system really adding to the website.”
