The Regenda Group owns and manages homes across 30 local authorities in the North-West. The application process can vary for each authority.

Getting a home depends on the area and location of the house you are looking for.

Service Standards – Lettings Service

1. We will:
Register and send an application form to you within 2 working days.

How we will monitor this:
In-house reporting system.

2. We will:
Process and activate your application within 10 working days
providing your application is completed in full and all supporting documents are received.

How we will monitor this:
In-house reporting system.

3. We will:
Provide you with the Group’s Lettable Property Standard
when an offer and viewing has been arranged.

How we will monitor this:
New Tenants Survey
Neighbourhood Sign Up Check List.

4. We will:
Offer 100% of our Customers an accompanied viewing.

How we will monitor this:
In-house reporting system.

5. We will:
Allow if required all our Customers 24 hours following a
viewing to decide if they wish to accept the property.

How we will monitor this:
Complaints/Customer Enquiries.
