All residents have the right to the peaceful enjoyment of their home, and are responsible for ensuring that they do not interfere with their neighbours’ rights of peaceful enjoyment.

The Regenda Group is committed to taking action, both in preventing and tackling anti-social behaviour. We will make sure that all residents are given a firm message that anti-social behaviour from residents, members of their household or their guests is totally unacceptable.

They will be made fully aware of their obligations within the conditions of their tenancy. For a  summary of our policies and procedures please download our leaflet on the right hand side of this page under downloads.
